To claim preferential tariff treatment under Hong Kong’s respective FTAs with New Zealand, the Member States of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) (i.e. Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland), Chile and Australia, traders who are able to comply with the origin and other applicable requirements under the FTA concerned may complete a declaration of origin in accordance with the relevant requirements. For exports to New Zealand, a declaration of origin is only applicable to goods other than those under Chapter 61 or 62 of the Harmonized System (HS)1.
