Note: To enhance security of your account, users will be required to set a strong password (i.e. 10 to 15 characters with at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, and one numeric or special character, such as @#* etc.) when they change their passwords in the system. Users are also advised to change your existing passwords as soon as possible and well before their expiry and adopt a strong password.
The Trade and Industry Department website was thoroughly revamped on March 26, 2025, with the aim of enhancing functionality and reorganizing the website's structure. The categories of information in the Email Notification Services have been updated, and the categories you registered have also been reset. If you would like to change the categories and you have subscribed the Email Notification Service through the User Login Account (ULA) before, please log in and then choose "Subscription for Email Notification Service" > "Amend Email Address".
