Application Procedures

Application for Renewal

Rough diamond trader registration is renewable on a biennial basis. The Department will invite in writing all valid registrants to renew their registrations before their expiry. Applicants for renewal of their rough diamond trader registrations must return the duly completed renewal application form together with the required supporting documents to the Rough Diamonds and Ozone Depleting Substances Licensing Unit by hand, by mail, or by electronic submission, and pay the requisite registration renewal fee. Relevant forms and payment procedures are available as follows:

An e-Alert service is available to remind all rough diamond traders with email address registered with the Department to complete the renewal procedures timely before their expiry.
