The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Polycaprolactam from the United States, the European Union, Russia and the Taiwan Province

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 8/2021 on 21 April 2021, announcing the review of anti-dumping measures against imports of polycaprolactam from the United States, the European Union, Russia and the Taiwan Province. The tariff code of the product concerned is 3908 1012. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).

2.Interested parties may register with the Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce to participate in the review of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of announcement (i.e. 21 April 2021).
