The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Polycaprolactam from the United States, the European Union, Russia and the Taiwan Province

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 4/2016 on 21 April 2016 (http://www.mofcom.gov.cn/article/b/e/201604/20160401302121.shtml), announcing the ruling of the final review on anti-dumping measures against imports of polycaprolactam from the United States, the European Union, Russia and the Taiwan Province. The relevant tariff code is 3908 1012. For details of the final ruling of the subject anti-dumping investigation, please refer to CIC No. 172/2010 dated 22 April 2010.
