European Union (EU)* : Extension of duration of safeguard investigation on certain steel products
Further to Commercial Information Circular Nos. 329/2018 of 6 April 2018, 633/2018 of 29 June 2018 and 706/2018 of 20 July 2018, the European Commission has published a notice to extend the duration of the safeguard investigation on certain steel products by two months. Should definitive measures be adopted, the European Commission would publish an Implementing Regulation by 1 February 2019.
