* I agree to accept all arrangements of the Trade and Industry Department
in relation to the registration as a stockholder of rice and approval
as a rice storage place (including the e-issuance of "Certificate of Registration as a Stockholder of Rice",
the confirmation letter for the undertaking import quantity of rice for each import period and the
“Notice of Approval for Rice Storage Place”).
* 本人同意接受工業貿易署就註冊為食米貯存商及批准作為食米貯存地方所實施的一切安排（包括以電子形式發送「食米貯存商註冊證明書」、每一個進口期承諾輸入食米數量的確認信及「食米貯存地方批准通知書」）。
Note: To enhance security, strong password will be required when users change their account password in the system. Users are advised to change to use a strong password as soon as possible.
