European Union (EU)* : Amendment to Regulations on protection against dumped imports and subsidised imports from countries not members of EU
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1184/2017 of 20 December 2017, the European Parliament and the Council of the EU have published a regulation to amend the regulations on protection against dumped imports and subsidised imports from countries not members of the EU. The regulation is available at:

2.The regulation will apply to all anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations for which the notice of initiation has been published after 8 June 2018.
