European Union (EU)* : Codification of and amendment to Regulations on protection against dumped imports and subsidised imports from countries not members of EU

The European Parliament and the Council of the EU have published regulations to codify and amend the regulations on protection against dumped imports and subsidised imports from countries not members of the EU. The regulations are available at:

Anti-dumping Cases

2.The regulation in paragraph 1(c) above will apply to all decisions on the initiation of anti-dumping proceedings, and to all anti-dumping proceedings, including original investigations and review investigations, initiated on or after 20 December 2017. Normal value will be determined on the basis of the regulation in paragraph 1(a) above as amended by the regulation in paragraph 1(c) above with effect from the same date.

Anti-subsidy Cases

3.The regulation in paragraph 1(c) above will apply to all decisions on the initiation of anti-subsidy proceedings, and to all anti-subsidy proceedings, including original investigations and review investigations, initiated on or after 20 December 2017.
