India : Initiation of anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of printed circuit boards originating in or exported from the Mainland of China and Hong Kong - Final Product Code Number and Submission Deadline of Questionnaire Response
Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 128/2023 issued by the Department on 8 February 2023, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India (hereafter referred to as the Indian Authority) published a notification dated 2 June 2023 announcing the final Product Code Number (PCN) of the product under consideration and submission deadline of filing questionnaire response in anti-dumping investigation against imports of printed circuit boards originating in or exported from the Mainland of China and Hong Kong. DETAILS
2.With respect to the comments received from the interested parties and along with the consensus on the PCN adopted and methodology, the Indian Authority announced the PCNs of the product under consideration in the above notification. All interested parties are requested to file questionnaire responses in accordance with the final PCN methodology by 12 pm (India Standard Time) on 23 June 2023 for the period of investigation and preceding three financial years as per initiation notification1. No further extension of time will be given by the Indian Authority to file questionnaire responses.

The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in Guangdong Province in responding to anti-dumping investigations against products from the province.
