India : Initiation of anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of printed circuit boards originating in or exported from the Mainland of China and Hong Kong
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India (hereafter referred to as the Indian Authority) published an Initiation Notification dated 30 December 2022 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation against imports of printed circuit boards originating in or exported from the Mainland of China and Hong Kong. DETAILS
2.Salient points of the Initiation Notification are set out below -
| (a) Date of Notification | : | 30 December 2022 |
| (b) Product Coverage | : | Printed circuit boards falling under the tariff heading 8534 0000 in Chapter 85 of the Schedule I to the Indian's Customs Tariff Act. |
| (c) Period of Investigation | : | 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022 (12 Months) |
| (d) Submission of Information | : | As advised by the Indian Authority, parties concerned should submit relevant information, including questionnaire response, and make their views known to the Indian Authority via email within 30 days of receipt of notice from the Indian Authority or this circular, whichever is earlier, at the following email addresses - adg16-dgtr@gov.in adv13-dgtr@gov.in jd15-dgtr@gov.in jd16-dgtr@gov.in If no information is received within the prescribed time limit or the information received is incomplete, the Indian Authority may record its findings on the basis of the facts available on record in accordance with the Anti-Dumping Rules. |
