Commercial Information Circular No. 463/2021

The Mainland of China : Review of Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Certain Iron or Steel Fasteners from the European Union and the United Kingdom

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 14/2021 on 28 June 2021, announcing the review of anti-dumping measures against imports of certain iron or steel fasteners from the European Union and the United Kingdom. The tariff codes of the product concerned are 7318 1200, 7318 1400, 7318 1590, 7318 1510, 7318 2100 and 7318 2200. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).

2.Interested parties may register with the Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce to participate in the review of anti-dumping within 20 days from the date of announcement (i.e. 28 June 2021).
