The Mainland of China : Ruling of the Final Review on Anti-dumping Measures against Imports of Certain Iron or Steel Fasteners from the European Union

The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Notice No. 24/2016 on 28 June 2016 (http://www.mofcom.gov.cn/article/b/e/201606/20160601348524.shtml) announcing the ruling of the final review on anti-dumping measures against imports of certain iron or steel fasteners from the European Union. The relevant tariff code is 7318 1200, 7318 1400, 7318 1500, 7318 2100 and 7318 2200. For details of the final ruling of the subject anti-dumping investigation, please refer to CIC No. 312/2010 dated 5 July 2010.
