Commercial Information Circular No. 938/2018

The Mainland of China : "Guangdong Province's Implementation Measures on 'Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Soil Pollution' (2nd Revised Draft for Consultation)"

The Standing Committee of Guangdong Provincial People's Congress of the People's Republic of China issued a notice on 16 October 2018 to seek comments from the public on "Guangdong Province's Implementation Measures on 'Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Soil Pollution' (2nd Revised Draft for Consultation)". The deadline is 17 November 2018. Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
