The Mainland of China : "Guiding Opinions of the Guangdong Province Administrator for Industry and Commerce on Accomplishing the Registration Work of Enterprises Transformed from Individually Owned Stores"

The Guangdong Province Administrator for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued on 12 February 2018 a notice concerning its "Guiding Opinions on Accomplishing the Registration Work of Enterprises Transformed from Individually Owned Stores", which took effect on the date of promulgation and is valid until 31 December 2020.  Please refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the notice (available in Chinese only).
