The Mainland of China : Public Consultation on the "Advertisement Law of the People's Republic of China (Revised Draft)"
The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress is currently seeking public comments on the "Advertisement Law of the People's Republic of China (Revised Draft)". The deadline is 30 September 2014. Interested parties may send their comments through the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress's website (http://www.npc.gov.cn/COBRS_LFYJNEW/user/UserIndex.jsp?ID=6335107). A copy of the Draft is attached at Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 (pdf format) for reference.
