European Union (EU)* : Amendment to Annex XVII of Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)
Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 837/2024 of 15 October 2024, the European Commission has adopted a Regulation which was published on 21 April 2026 to amend Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 concerning REACH's restrictions and rules with respect to 2,4-dinitrotoluene in articles.
