Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 394/2024 of 20 May 2024, the European Commission has adopted a Regulation which was published on 20 September 2024 to amend Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 concerning REACH's restrictions and rules with respect to undecafluorohexanoic acid (PFHxA), its salts and PFHxA-related substances.
