Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 712/2023 of 29 September 2023, the European Commission has adopted a Regulation which was published on 17 May 2024 to amend Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 concerning REACH's restrictions and rules with respect to octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4), decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5) and dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane (D6).
