Dear Sirs,
Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 386/2024 of 17 May 2024, the European Commission published Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2733 on 25 October 2024 to make imports of multilayered wood flooring originating in the Mainland of China currently under the anti-dumping investigation subject to registration. The Implementing Regulation is available at: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/PDF/?uri=OJ:L_202402733. Salient points of the Implementing Regulation are set out below.
2.The product concerned is assembled flooring panels, multilayer, of wood, currently classified under CN code 4418 75 00. Panels of bamboo or with at least the top layer (wear layer) of bamboo, and panels for mosaic floors are excluded.
3.The Implementing Regulation will enter into force on 26 October 2024. For further details, please refer to the above Implementing Regulation.
4.For traders involved in the exports of the subject product from the Guangdong Province, please contact ZHENG Jingmin, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, at 86 20 3881 9797. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in Guangdong Province in responding to anti-dumping investigations against products from the province.
