Dear Sirs,
The European Commission published notice C/2024/3186 on 16 May 2024 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of multilayered wood flooring originating in the Mainland of China. 2.The product under investigation is assembled flooring panels, multilayer, of wood, currently falling under CN code 4418 75 00. Panels of bamboo or with at least the top layer (wear layer) of bamboo, and panels for mosaic floors are excluded.
3.For traders involved in the exports of the subject product from the Guangdong Province, please contact ZHENG Jingmin, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, at 86 20 3881 9797. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in Guangdong Province in responding to anti-dumping investigations against products from the province.
