Application Procedures
Applicants can lodge applications for powdered formula export licences electronically via the TID's website and receive the e-application results by email or lodge applications in paper form and obtain the application results at TID in person.
Electronic Application
Applicants can download the e-application form for Powdered Formula Export Licence Form 6 (TRA 394) from the e-Form Submission Service of TID <https://www.tid.gov.hk/english/aboutus/form/publicform/nontextiles/form_nontextiles.html> and submit the duly completed e-application form with a digital signature inserted, as well as the required supporting documents (e.g. import invoice) via the same service platform. Paper Application
Step 1
Purchase Export Licence Form 6 (TRA394) from the Shroff and Form Sales Counter at Room 1309, 13/F, Trade and Industry Tower, 3 Concorde Road, Kowloon City, Hong Kong.
Step 2
Complete the Export Licence Form 6 (TRA394) and lodge the duly completed export licence application with the supporting import invoice to the Integrated Customer Service Centre in Room 1324, 13/F, Trade and Industry Tower, 3 Concorde Road, Kowloon City, Hong Kong.
Applicants are requested to note that the name of the importer on the import invoice should normally match with the exporter on the export licence application. The Export Licence is issued free of charge.
