The Chief Executive announced in the 2025 Policy Address that the Government will set up the “Economic and Trade Express”. One of the missions of this functional platform is to, with the concerted efforts of Economic and Trade Offices established abroad by the HKSAR Government and overseas offices of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, conduct overseas visits for local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and start-ups to explore more business opportunities. To enable us to better understand the needs of the trades and take forward relevant work, we would like to invite SMEs to complete and return the questionnaire below on or before 8 November 2025. The survey results will serve as reference for our future planning of relevant activities.
