(C) SERVICES AND FUNCTIONS

1. ULA holders are entitled to the following FREE services and information in their respective accounts:

2. The computer system will check if an ULA user possesses active TTR/FR with the Hong Kong ID Card/ Passport Number and the Business Registration Number of the company/registered business provided. It will then determine the access rights of the ULA.
3. For cases where the same Hong Kong ID Card/Passport Number is found related to multiple registrations, the ULA will automatically be given one-stop access rights to the TTR/FR concerned.
4. Access rights of a current ULA will change correspondingly when there are changes in the Signatory(ies) OR addition/inactivation/cancellation of TTR or FR found related to the ULA.
