• An E-services user account and an initial password will be assigned to the registered rice stockholder and owners/ operators of approved rice storage places. User may login the account to use the following e-services:
• (a) download and view the "Certificate of Registration as a Stockholder of Rice" and the confirmation letter for the undertaking import quantity of rice for each import period;
• (b) download and view the "Notice of Approval for Rice Storage Place"; and
• (c) lodge applications electronically for i) Form for Undertaking of Import Quantity of Rice; ii) Application for Increasing the Total Import Quantity of Rice; iii) Request for Revising the Undertaking Import Quantity of Rice; iv) Confirmation of Rice Arrival; v) Application for Authorisation for Delivery of Rice; vi) Rice Stockholder's Return and vii) Monthly Return on Storage of Rice.
