Kimberley Process Certificate
Rough diamond traders registered with the Trade and Industry Department (TID) can create a Rough Diamond Trader Registration Account, in order to lodge applications electronically for Kimberley Process (KP) Certificate (Import) and Kimberley Process (KP) Certificate (Export) for TID’s pre-vetting.
Important Reminder: To avoid committing an offence under the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance (POBO) (Chapter 201 of the Laws of Hong Kong), a person shall not offer any advantages as defined in the POBO to any public servant of the Government in connection with his/her application for or approval of certificate/registration under the certification scheme for rough diamonds.
