The Department has employed Secure Socket Layer (SSL) mechanisms (with 128-bit encryption) to encode all communications generated in the web form of Application Form for Factory Registration and all services provided within the FRA. The encryption enables users to continuously send encoded information back and forth across the Internet with a high degree of security.
