Online Factory Registration Application Account (FRA)
(C) LOGIN ID AND PASSWORD
1.
Each FRA is accessible with a pair of Login ID and Password as defined by the FRA holder himself.
2.
Once the Password is defined, it becomes the key to gain access with the Login ID.
3.
The Department encourages FRA holders to change their Passwords from time to time to protect their accounts from attempts of unauthorized accesses.
4.
FRA holders who have forgotten their Login ID/Passwords or have been denied access to their FRAs due to
repeated login failure can make a request for Login ID/re-setting Password by filling
in the Form and fax it to the Department (Fax No. 2787 6048). If the request is accepted by the Department,
(i) for Login ID: the Department will send the Login ID to the FRA holder by fax;
(ii) for re-setting Password: upon receipt of the Department’s notification of acceptance via fax, the FRA holder can re-set its Password by inputting the required information HERE. For enquiries, please call 2398 5531.
