* The First Protocol to Amend the ASEAN - Hong Kong, China Free Trade Agreement (Protocol) (to be implemented¹) ¹ Hong Kong and ASEAN are working towards the completion of the necessary internal procedures to bring about the early implementation of the Protocol. With the entry into force of the Protocol, Annex 3-2 will be replaced by the Appendix of the Protocol and Annex 3-3 will be deleted.
