Trade Single Window

Application for import/export licence for rice (including Request for Retrospective Issue of Import Licence covering Import of Rice : Importer's Declaration (TID 108)) can be submitted via the Trade Single Window. Before using the services provided by the Trade Single Window in respect of import/export licence for rice, interested parties need to register as Trade Single Window users. Company users are also required to provide their digital certificates and digital signatures for authentication when submitting applications for import/export licence for rice through the TSW. As such, a company user should apply for a digital certificate issued by a Certification Authority recognised by the Government. Alternatively, the company can also authorise a person who is a registered "iAM Smart+" user to submit licence applications on its behalf.
