Import/Export Licence for Rice under the Trade Single Window
Briefing Session on E-services

Introduction

Further to the Rice Control Circular No. 3/2023 dated 24 October 2023 informing the trade of the planned introduction of e-service for Import/Export Licence for Rice under the Trade Single Window (TSW) and inviting the trade to join the related training classes, we are now inviting interested parties to attend a briefing session on e-service for Import/Export Licence for Rice under the TSW.

Briefing Session

2.A briefing session is being organised to enable traders to familiarise with the TSW and the application of Import/Export Licence for Rice through this electronic platform. Details are as follows:

Registration

3.To reserve a seat, please complete the registration form at Annex (pdf format) and return it by email (email address: rice_form@tid.gov.hk) or fax (fax no.: 3525 0987) on or before 24 November 2023 (Friday). Successful participants will be notified by email. Owing to the limited seats available, seats will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. For English speaking traders, please complete the aforementioned form as well. We will consider making separate arrangement as appropriate.
