Amendment of an Application for Kimberley Process Certificate (Import/Export)

  1. No erasure or correction fluid should be used on the application forms.
  2. Errors should be clearly and tidily crossed out by putting 'XXX' over them.
  3. All amendments, defacements, additions and deletions should be endorsed by initialing with date and stamping the applicant's company chop against them.
