Relevant Mainland Rules and Regulations
Rules and regulations promulgated by the Mainland authorities relating to the implementation of commitments under CEPA :
Civil Aviation- According to the amended "Agreement on Trade in Services", Hong Kong Service Suppliers (HKSS) may invest in civil airports, the Mainland party shall take the corresponding controlling shareholding position. HKSS may also provide contract management services to small and medium airports in the form of wholly-owned, equity joint venture or contractual joint venture operations. The validity of the contract shall not be longer than 20 years. HKSS may provide airport management training and consultation services in the form of wholly-owned, equity joint venture or contractual joint venture operations as well.
- Besides, HKSS may provide ground services for air transport in the form of wholly-owned or joint venture operations in the Mainland (excluding projects related to security for wholly-owned enterprises).

- According to the amended "Agreement on Trade in Services", Hong Kong Air Transport Sales Agency Enterprises that conform with the definition of HKSS may set up Air Transport Sales Agency Enterprises in the form of wholly-owned, equity joint venture or contractual joint venture operations in the Mainland.
