European Union (EU)* : Initiation of an anti-dumping proceeding on imports of mobile access equipment (MAE) originating in the Mainland of China

The European Commission published a notice C/2023/783 on 13 November 2023 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of MAE originating in the Mainland of China. The notice is available at: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/PDF/?uri=OJ:C_202300783.

2.The product under investigation is MAE designed for the lifting of persons, self-propelled, with a maximum working height of 6 meters or more, and pre-assembled or ready-to-assemble sections thereof, excluding individual components when presented separately, and excluding person lifting equipment mounted on vehicles of Chapter 86 and Chapter 87 of the Harmonised System.

The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in Guangdong Province in responding to anti-dumping investigations against products from the province.
