European Union (EU)* : Initiation of an expiry review of the anti-dumping measures on imports of lever arch mechanisms originating in the Mainland of China

Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 130/2023 of 9 February 2023, the European Commission published a notice C/2023/614 on 8 November 2023 initiating an expiry review of the anti-dumping measures on imports of lever arch mechanisms originating in the Mainland of China. 2.The product under review is lever arch mechanisms, currently falling under CN code ex 8305 10 00 (TARIC code 8305 10 00 50).

3.For traders involved in the exports of the subject product from the Guangdong Province, please contact ZHENG Jingmin, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, at 86 20 3881 9797. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in Guangdong Province in responding to anti-dumping investigations against products from the province.
