European Union (EU)* : Amendment to Annex XVII of Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 315/2023 of 8 May 2023, the European Commission has adopted a Regulation which was published on 27 September 2023 to amend Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 concerning REACH's restrictions and rules with respect to synthetic polymer microparticles.
