European Union (EU)* : Amendment to Annex XVII of Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH)
Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 810/2021 of 25 November 2021, the European Commission has adopted a Regulation which was published on 8 May 2023 to amend Annex XVII to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 concerning REACH's restrictions with respect to lead and its compounds in polymers or copolymers of vinyl chloride (PVC).
