Commercial Information Circular No. 176/2023

European Union (EU)* : Initiation of an expiry review of the anti-dumping measures on imports of certain seamless pipes and tubes of stainless steel originating in the Mainland of China

Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 517/2022 of 28 June 2022, the European Commission published a notice 2023/C 80/08 on 3 March 2023 initiating an expiry review of the anti-dumping measures on imports of certain seamless pipes and tubes of stainless steel originating in the Mainland of China. 2.The product under review is certain seamless pipes and tubes of stainless steel (excluding such pipes and tubes with attached fittings suitable for conducting gases or liquids for use in civil aircraft), currently falling under CN codes 7304 11 00, 7304 22 00, 7304 24 00, ex 7304 41 00, ex 7304 49 83, ex 7304 49 85, ex 7304 49 89, and ex 7304 90 00 (TARIC codes 7304 41 00 90, 7304 49 83 90, 7304 49 85 90, 7304 49 89 90 and 7304 90 00 91).

3.For traders involved in the exports of the subject product from the Guangdong Province, please contact ZHENG Jingmin, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, at 86 20 3881 9797. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in Guangdong Province in responding to anti-dumping investigations against products from the province.
