United Kingdom (UK) : Initiation of a reconsideration of original decisions in the anti-dumping investigation on imports of certain aluminium extrusions originating in the Mainland of China
Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 983/2022 of 19 December 2022, the UK Government published a notice on 22 February 2023 initiating a reconsideration of original decisions in the anti-dumping investigation on imports of certain aluminium extrusions originating in the Mainland of China. 2.The product to which the reconsideration relates is certain aluminium extrusions, which are described as bars, rods, profiles (whether or not hollow), tubes, pipes; unassembled; whether or not prepared for use in structures (e.g. cut to length, drilled, bent, chamfered, threaded); made from aluminium, whether or not alloyed, containing not more than 99.3% of aluminium; and aluminium extrusions with a maximum cross sectional diameter of more than 310mm and/or with a weight per meter over 14kg/m, originating in the Mainland of China.
