European Union (EU)* : Initiation of an expiry review of the anti-dumping measures on imports of hand pallet trucks and their essential parts originating in the Mainland of China

Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 181/2022 of 7 March 2022, the European Commission published a notice 2022/C 452/08 on 29 November 2022 initiating an expiry review of the anti-dumping measures on imports of hand pallet trucks and their essential parts originating in the Mainland of China. 2.The product under review is s hand pallet trucks and their essential parts, i.e. chassis and hydraulics, currently falling under CN codes ex 8427 90 00 (TARIC codes 8427 90 00 11, and 8427 90 00 19) and ex 8431 20 00 (TARIC codes 8431 20 00 11, and 8431 20 00 19).

3.For traders involved in the exports of the subject product from the Guangdong Province, please contact ZHENG Jingmin, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, at 86 20 3881 9797. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in Guangdong Province in responding to anti-dumping investigations against products from the province.
