European Union (EU)* : Initiation of an anti-dumping proceeding on imports of bulb flat originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China

The European Commission published a notice 2022/C 431/06 on 14 November 2022 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of bulb flat originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China. 2.The product under investigation is non-alloy steel bulb flat in the range up to 204 mm width, currently classified under CN code ex 7216 50 91 (TARIC code 7216 50 91 10). For further details of the proceeding of this investigation, please refer to the above notice.

3.For traders involved in the exports of the subject product from the Guangdong Province, please contact ZHENG Jingmin, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, at 86 20 3881 9797. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in Guangdong Province in responding to anti-dumping investigations against products from the province.
