Commercial Information Circular No. 61/2021

European Union (EU)* : Updates on the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 498/2020 dated 30 June 2020, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) updated the Candidate List of substances of very high concern on 19 January 2021 by adding the following two new substances:

  Substance name
1. Bis(2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethyl)ether
2. Dioctyltin dilaurate, stannane, dioctyl-, bis(coco acyloxy) derivs., and any other stannane, dioctyl-, bis(fatty acyloxy) derivs. wherein C12 is the predominant carbon number of the fatty acyloxy moiety
