European Union (EU)* : Application of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures in force in the EU following the withdrawal of the United Kingdom (UK) and the possibility of a review

The European Commission (the Commission) published a notice 2021/C 18/11 on 18 January 2021 regarding the application of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures in force in the EU and the possibility of a review of the measures following the withdrawal of the UK. 2.The UK withdrew from the EU with effect from 31 January 2020 and the transition period during which the UK remained subject to EU law ended on 31 December 2020. Since 1 January 2021, all anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures in force and pending for investigations apply only to imports into the twenty-seven Member States of the EU.

3.For possible review of the measures, interested party may request and submit evidence that the measures would have been significantly different if they had been based on information excluding the UK.
