Commercial Information Circular No. 365/2021

European Union (EU)* : Partial reopening of investigations concerning anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures on imports of certain woven and/or stitched glass fibre fabrics originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China

Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 478/2020 of 19 June 2020, the European Commission (the Commission) published a notice 2021/C 199/06 on 27 May 2021 announcing the partial reopening of the investigations concerning the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures on imports of certain woven and/or stitched glass fibre fabrics originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China. The notice is available at:

2.The Commission has decided to reopen the investigations that led to the existing measures. The reopening is limited to the examination of whether or not the measures should apply to certain woven and/or stitched glass fibre fabrics originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China brought in significant quantities to the continental shelf of a Member State or the exclusive economic zone declared by a Member State pursuant to UNCLOS.

3.All interested parties, and in particular those that cooperated in the investigations that led to the existing measures, are invited to make their views known, submit information and provide supporting evidence within 20 days from 27 May 2021, unless otherwise specified. They may also request to be heard by the Commission investigation services. For details, please refer to the above notice.
