European Union (EU)* : Amendments to Implementing Regulation imposing definitive safeguard measures against imports of certain steel products

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 527/2020 of 7 July 2020, the European Commission (the Commission) has adopted an Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/2037 on 10 December 2020 to amend the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/159 concerning the imposition of definitive safeguard measures against imports of certain steel products.

3.For traders involved in the exports of the subject product from the Guangdong Province, please contact Li Xuefei, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, at 8620 3881 6201. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in Guangdong Province in responding to safeguard measures against products from the province.
