Commercial Information Circular No. 873/2020

European Union (EU)* : Correction to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1156 on extending the definitive anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of certain corrosion resistant steels originating in the Mainland of China to imports of slightly modified certain corrosion resistant steels

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 650/2020 of 25 August 2020, the European Commission published an Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1994 on 7 December 2020 correcting recital 64 and Article 1(1) of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1156 in order to confirm the applicable level of anti-dumping duties. The implementing regulation is available at:

2.The extended anti-dumping duty should be the one established in Article 1 (2) of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/186 for 'all other companies', which is a definitive anti-dumping duty of 27.9%. The effects of the correction shall enter into force with retroactive effect as from 6 August 2020.
