Commercial Information Circular No. 824/2020

European Union (EU)* : Corrigendum to Implementing Decision terminating the absorption reinvestigation concerning imports of certain cast iron articles originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 565/2020 of 28 July 2020, a corrigendum to the Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/1051 terminating the absorption reinvestigation concerning imports of certain cast iron articles originating in the Mainland of China has been published on 29 October 2020. The corrigendum is available at:

2.In gist, the product concerned, i.e. certain articles of lamellar graphite cast iron (grey iron) or spheroidal graphite cast iron (also known as ductile cast iron), and parts thereof, should be falling under CN codes ex 7325 10 00 and ex 7325 99 10 (TARIC codes 7325 10 00 31 and 7325 99 10 60) instead of CN codes ex 7325 10 00 and ex 7325 99 90 (TARIC codes 7325 10 00 31 and 7325 99 90 80) as stated in the Implementing Decision (EU) 2020/1051.
