European Union (EU)* : Initiation of an expiry review of the anti-dumping measures on wire rod originating in the Mainland of China

Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 259/2020 of 27 March 2020, the European Commission published a notice 2020/C 342/04 on 14 October 2020 announcing the initiation of an expiry review of the anti-dumping measures concerning imports of wire rod originating in the Mainland of China. 2.The product under review is bars and rods, hot-rolled, in irregularly wound coils, of iron, non-alloy steel or alloy steel other than of stainless steel, currently falling under CN codes 7213 10 00, 7213 20 00, 7213 91 10, 7213 91 20, 7213 91 41, 7213 91 49, 7213 91 70, 7213 91 90, 7213 99 10, 7213 99 90, 7227 10 00, 7227 20 00, 7227 90 10, 7227 90 50 and 7227 90 95. 3.For traders involved in the exports of the subject product from the Guangdong Province, please contact LI Xuefei, Director of Trade Remedy and Industry Injury Investigation Division under the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, at 86 20 3881 6201. The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in Guangdong Province in responding to anti-dumping investigations against products from the province.
