European Union (EU)* : Anti-dumping and countervailing measures against products originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 288/2020 of 6 April 2020, a list of anti-dumping and countervailing measures taken by the EU against products originating in the Mainland of China up to 30 June 2020 is at the Annex (pdf format). The list is compiled from information available to the Department and is meant for traders' general information only. In case of doubt, traders should approach their importers for clarification.

* The EU comprises of 27 member countries, namely, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. The United Kingdom (UK) withdrew from the EU with effect from 31 January 2020, and has entered an implementation period which is due to last until 31 December 2020. During the implementation period, the EU law will continue to apply in the UK generally.
