European Union (EU)* : Amendments to the Directive on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 140/2019 dated 19 February 2019, the European Commission has adopted five Directives to amend Annexes III and IV to Directive 2011/65/EU on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment regarding exemptions for lead, hexavalent chromium, and the use of cadmium.
